1. Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
