Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Standard shipping times are as follows:
- UK: 2–3 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to the countries listed at checkout. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international military addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
